Katie Ford and Lisa Edwards are the owners of Press Coffee in Iowa City. Lisa grew up in Des Moine and moved to Iowa City where she met Katie and discovered roller derby. Katie was born in Iowa but grew up in Texas and Illinois. She went to the University of Iowa and also discovered roller derby, where she met Lisa. Eventually, they took on ownership of Press Coffee together!
