Welcome to episode 4 of the Go Red for Women series here at 1 Year 1 Fear. February is American Heart Month and we've decided to share stories involving heart disease and heart health awareness. Today's guest is Leslie Austen. Leslie has migraines her entire life until 2018, at the age of 34, she suffered a stroke due to a PFO (Patent Foraman Ovale) which is a hole between the left and right atria (upper chambers) of the heart.
