In this episode, she will talk about growing up in Iowa, devoting herself to gymnastics as a kid all the way through college, meeting her husband, having her first child in March of 2020 and how being a new mom in the midst of COVID was a challenge, experiencing post-partum depression and suffering panic attacks because of it, and discovering her love of painting.
